Calls that log themselves.

Summary, next steps, and deal stage written back to your CRM the moment a call ends. Reps sell, the record stays current.

Let's talk

The CRM is always behind.

Notes live in notebooks and heads. Deals sit in the wrong stage for weeks. Managers forecast from a CRM that's a month out of date, and every handoff starts with "what happened on that call?"

Asking reps to log more thoroughly has never worked anywhere. The fix is to stop asking.

How it works.

Step 01

A call ends

The recording or transcript from your call tool triggers the system. Nothing for the rep to remember.

Step 02

The system writes the record

A structured summary: what was discussed, what was decided, objections, and next steps. Written to the right contact and deal.

Step 03

Your CRM stays current

Deal stage and next step updated, follow-up task created. Nothing is sent to the customer. It only writes records.

What lands in your stack.

  • A structured call note on the right CRM record
  • Deal stage and next step kept current
  • Follow-up tasks created automatically
  • An optional private coaching recap per rep

Works with your CRM and call recorder (Fireflies, Fathom, Gong, or plain recordings).

Questions people ask.

What if it logs something wrong?
Everything lands in your CRM where a wrong entry is easy to spot and correct, and each note links back to the source call. During the build we test against your real calls before it goes live.
Does it send anything to customers?
No. This system only writes internal records: notes, fields, and tasks. Anything customer-facing across Hotkey systems is a draft a rep approves first.
Do reps need to change how they work?
No. They take the call as normal. The only difference is the admin is done when they hang up.
