The AI sales partner for B2B service companies.

No deal goes cold because someone forgot. We build the systems that research prospects, log calls, chase follow-ups, and draft proposals, inside the tools your team already uses.

systems running our own pipeline

The problem

Most of the job isn't the job.

Your reps were hired to sell. Then the week fills up with the work around selling, and the selling gets whatever is left.

Who builds it
I run Hotkey on these same systems, every day. If something doesn't hold up in my pipeline, it doesn't ship in yours.

I carried a B2B sales quota for years before I started building. Hotkey is the set of systems I wish someone had handed me back then. There's no agency behind this: the person you talk to is the person who builds it.

What's working, on Reddit

We don't just advise. We build.

Every AI vendor writes "human in the loop" and nobody believes the sentence any more. So here's the actual shape of it. There is no path from the model to your customer that doesn't pass through a person.

Research, logging and CRM updates run in the background, where a wrong entry is easy to spot and correct. Anything a customer will read is a draft until someone says so.

  1. Signal fires meeting booked, call ends, deal goes quiet
  2. System drafts research, summary, follow-up, proposal
  3. A rep approves edits, sends, or sends it back
  4. Reaches customer only ever after approval
sent back to redraft

What we put in writing

Two promises, and one we won't make.

What we won't promise is a number on your pipeline. Nobody can guarantee an outcome they don't fully control, and any vendor who does is guessing. We guarantee the parts we do control.

  1. 01

Live in four weeks, or the last week is free.

Four weeks from kickoff to working system. If we run past it, you don't pay for the overrun. Holding the date is our job, not something you should have to chase.

  2. 02

It runs on your data before you pay the balance.

Every system is tested against your real records, your real calls, and your real pipeline. Half the fee at kickoff, the rest at go-live. Nothing is due on a promise.

  3. 03

    One project at a time.

Hotkey isn't an agency and doesn't want to be. We take one build at a time, so the person who scoped it is the person who writes it. It does mean there's sometimes a wait.

Questions

Things people ask first.

What does Hotkey actually build?

Five core systems that take the most time-consuming non-selling work off your reps. Pre-call intelligence drops a research-ready brief in their inbox before every call. Post-call automation logs the call, updates the deal, and writes the recap. Follow-up automation runs touches off pipeline state instead of rep memory. Outreach personalization watches for prospect triggers and drafts a message per signal. Proposal generation turns discovery notes into a sectioned proposal in your template. Beyond those, every engagement includes custom work tailored to your specific workflow. Real consulting, not a template. Most clients start with two or three based on where the team is bleeding time.

What if the build runs late, or it doesn't work?

Two things are in writing. The build is live in four weeks or you don't pay for the last week. And every system is tested against your real records, real calls, and real pipeline before the balance is due, with half the fee at kickoff and half at go-live. What we won't promise is a number on your pipeline, because nobody can guarantee an outcome they don't fully control. We guarantee the parts we do.

Won't my reps just fill the time with something else?

Some of it, yes, and we don't sell hours back as the outcome for that reason. The point isn't that a rep gets forty minutes free. It's that the brief exists whether or not anyone had time to write it, the call gets logged whether or not anyone remembered, and the follow-up goes out on pipeline state instead of memory. The work stops depending on having a good week.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

Nothing sends itself. Anything that reaches a customer, like follow-ups, outreach, and proposals, is a draft that a rep reviews and approves first. Background work like research, logging, and CRM updates lands in your CRM where a wrong entry is easy to spot and correct. And during the build we test every system against your real data before it goes live.

Where does our data go? Is this secure?

Your data stays in your own tools. The systems read and write through the official APIs of your CRM, calendar, and email, under your own accounts, and you can revoke that access at any time. The AI providers we build on don't train their models on your data. Nothing gets copied into a separate Hotkey database.

How long does an engagement take?

Two to four weeks from kickoff to live. Week one is audit and architecture. Weeks one through three are build and integration. Weeks three to four are deployment, training, and handoff. A 30-day support window starts the day you go live.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed price, agreed before we build. Most engagements run $5K to $7K, depending on how many systems we build and how complex your stack is. You know the full cost before kickoff. An optional $250/month support retainer covers ongoing monitoring and adjustments.

What does life look like for the team after deploy?

One training session at handoff. Documentation that explains how the system works and how to manage it. The 30-day post-launch window covers any tweaks or fixes. Ongoing operation requires no developer or analyst on your side to keep it running.

Who is this for?

B2B service companies between 10 and 50 people whose growth depends on a sales team. The buyer is usually the founder, CEO, or head of sales. Reps are losing meaningful time to research, follow-up, CRM admin, or proposal-writing, and the team has hit the point where rep memory and discipline are no longer enough.

Will it work with our existing tools?

Yes. Every engagement is built around your stack, not against it. CRM, outreach tools, call tools, calendars all connect. Audit and architecture in week one is partly to confirm the integration paths before any building begins.
